Clean hotel, helpful employees in service and credit. Nice hot breakfast to star a day with hot options and eggs benedict and cheeses. Extremely pleasant room, chilled-out base for wedding. The most important - particularly good and fab location to theatre. Again, walking distance to Venue Cymru;)))

Staff were friendly. Rooms ok had what I needed but are not very large, Food was ok, ate in restaurant in the evening.
Parking can be an issue. Had to park rather a way from hotel.

The staff were very accommodating and offered a quick room change that improved our stay.
The first room we received was noisy and not what we had booked, causing a very rough first night.

Savoury and plentiful breakfast with lots of options, extremely convenient and tidy place. Magnificent and perfect location - just off the restaurant, staff friendly and conference support definitely first class as well as peeling paint on the staircases.

Location by the sea, charming ambience, clean, good and not too expensive restaurant
Very small single room and bathroom, windows leaky, restaurant is poorly heated and it is cold in November, sound sensitive, street directly in front of the hotel very noisy and busy.

The view from the window, breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and courteous.
I'm afraid the bathroom was way too small. There was not a lot of room in the shower. We're slim people, I can't imagine someone with more weight in there.

Llandudno Bay Hotel was a good retreat, boasting modern decor and attentive staff. The convenience of free street parking made it easier for me, and the spacious public areas were very accessible for seniors like myself.
More seating in common areas would be appreciated.

Awesome getaway by the sea!
Just spent a week here and wow, what a treat! The staff were super nice, always ready to help. Our room was super clean with fine sea views. Breakfast was fab (that sticky toffee pudding was something else!). Just wish there were more hooks in the bathroom for towels. It got a bit cramped.
